Swim Lessons

Asher is almost done with his very first session of swim lessons! He is doing a GREAT job! He and his "friends" are funny to watch and it is very cool to see how much they are learning each week. This week they practiced alot with floating on their backs and he did it on his own for just a bit! (I think he's got his mommy's problem that no matter how much I relax my feet always drift down). Can you see mommy beaming through the computer???

Pumpkin Playdate

On monday we had some friends come over for a "pumpkin party"... first we visited the pumpkin patch and rode on a tractor ride. We got to bounce in the inflatable, and there was a haybale maze too! After some fun there we came back to Asher's house for pumpkin shaped grilled cheese, games and cupcakes!

Pumpkin Patch / Happy Birthday Mommy and Tessa

This weekend we made our last trip to Olsonville as a family of 3! We went to see Tessa for her 2nd birthday. Friday night was also mommy's birthday so we went to a nice Italian restaurant in Quincy, IL on our way up! Saturday we celebrated Tessa's birthday with a Care Bear cake and lots of family, then on Sunday we visited the Pumpkin Patch to take our yearly "grandkids" picture for Grandma Hope.
