Wednesday I went to swim practice with mommy! Jordan was my buddy and swam with me :)

I had so much fun I didn't want to get out!

My big boy carseat has these really cool lights in it so I can read in the car at night. Mommy had a few batteries but they ran out, so I asked MawMaw and Aunt Holly if they had any extra. Once mommy brought my seat inside to change them I had to try them out and read a book in the living room. Thanks Grandma and Aunt Holly!

Lunch at BK

Last friday mommy, Alena and I went to BK for lunch... mommy didn't realize there was a play place close to our house. We've been to McDonald's a few times, but mommy says its no much fun because I won't climb by myself. Not at BK :) I climbed through the tunnels all the way to the top and went down the slide by myself. Alena wouldn't come with me, but she climed in the bottom. Mommy said the kids meals are a little more expensive, but its worth it because the play area was MUCH nicer. It was really clean and private. She said we'll have to go back soon and take J.J... he'll be really fun to play with.

Mommy says I am getting good at "Pretending".... she found me laying in the hallway will my Veggies. I was trying to make them look like Darth Tater (my potato head with a darth vader mask).

Football

We figured Asher should be well rounded in a few sports, so we've put down the bat and ball for a few days and worked on our football skills :) The helmet is a hand-me-down from the boys across the street! He's doing pretty good catching... we tried to kick it the other day (football teams always need a good kicker and its a much less-physical postion... thinking as a mom you know!) but he wanted to try to hold it and kick it, it kept falling over by the time he kicked his foot... he he! Here's the father/son bonding at its best!

Playing in the Leaves

Ah, time to rake leaves again! I wish it were three years ago and I could go to school in the morning and all 11 bags worth would be gone off the grass by the time I got home (my sweet hubby did that one day). Instead I spend a little time each day trying to rake them up faster than the toddlers can scatter them again! (But I would give it up for anything!) Here's our day last week playing in the leaves!
