Happy Halloween!

Mommy will post more about our SUPER fun Halloween (it involves singing vegetables... ) but she wanted to get a picture up before we head to Olsonville on saturday. Asher was King George from his favorite VeggieTales movie! Grandma Mary made my costume for me... WAY cool!!

UCM Homecoming

Last saturday was homecoming at mommy's Alma mater, the University of Central Missouri (It was CMSU when she went there). We started our trip at 6am with the 3+ hour drive. (I slept most of the way there). When we got there we met up with our friends Mike, Corrina, Maggie and Kenzie... the parade had already started! Watching the Parade and getting lots of candy! We had been really looking forward to meeting Curious George and the Man with the Yellow Hat! I was wearing my George hoodie and I brought my stuffed friend too! Since mommy is a part of a new Alumni group we were invited to a nice sit down lunch. Look at my fun big boy glass.. yes, mommy was nervous about this the whole time! Then on to the football game.... What a spirited fan! Maggie cheering.. "Go MU-LES"

Watching the football game intently.. we tried to cheer really hard so they would win!

Asher was SUCH a good boy all day (even without a nap). He slept 2/3 of the way home but was still ready to go to bed shortly after we made it back.

The whole family had a blast! Daddy was a mule for the day and even has a neat new sweatshirt. Mommy and I got new T-shirts! The lady from the Alumni group called me and daddy "friends of the university", cool huh? Daddy said it would be ok for me to go to school there, wink wink. (He's from SIU.. but since we live in MO it might be a better option at UCM). Oh my, those days will be here all too soon!

"Larry need Band Aid?"

Sunday as we sat at lunch we decided Larry and Bob needed to spend their last week out on the porch. (Sniff, sniff). We told Asher that Larry had an ouchie! (it looked as though he was losing his color around the top and was getting a little soft...). Asher's response was: "Larry need Band-Aid?" (Yes, most of his statements end with a question mark). What a sweet (and smart) boy... of course, Larry has an ouchie and needs a Band-Aid... why didn't I think of that?

Magic House

I should have gotten this posted last week, but I'm a little slow! We took a trip to the Magic House with some friends and it was a BLAST! There are lots of pictures, so I may not be able to comment on all of them, but you can use your imagination!
