Wednesday morning it was raining outside, so we slept in and had a lazy morning in the hotel. When we ventured out around 10 it was starting to clear and we headed to Tybee Island "Savannah's Beach". We drove around a bit and stopped at North Beach to check it out for a few minutes.

Newer Tybee lighthouse... way too many steps for Asher and Mommy (plus baby).

Then we took a "dolphin cruise".
The dolphins came right out to our boat! They follow in the shrimping boats to get the fish the shrimpers discard.
Asher calls this the "silly one"...

Flying our kite on the beach... Asher was VERY worried it was going to fly away!
So it was a VERY fun last full day of vacation! Asher did a great job adjusting without a formal nap (he spent the entire lunch at Uncle Bubba's sleeping on my lap). It makes me wish we lived closer to the beach!
