No, not mommy and daddy... Uncle Ryan and Aunt Candace. They were married on July 7th, 2006. The wedding was beautiful and everything went very smoothly. I was glad to see my family from Illinois and we had a great time. Thursday night we got to eat pizza at the rehersal dinner, then Friday morning mommy and daddy took me for my first swim in the hotel pool. The water was a little chilly, but I didn't fuss about it. The wedding was Friday evening and Aunt Candace looked so beautiful. Mommy and daddy partied the night away and I spent the night with Grandma Mary. Saturday morning daddy got to open birthday presents before we hit the road home. Did you know that he and Uncle Ryan have the same birthday? The long drive home was a nice time to take a long nap, but mommy and daddy hope that I recover from the weekend quickly and get back to my sleeping schedule. Well, thats enough for this post... hooray for Uncle Ryan and Aunt Candace!

Today was a super fun day... I got to go play with two of my best friends, JJ and Ezra. Mommy and I went over to the Bailey's house for lunch, then the three of us played for a little while. JJ is a month older than I am, and I am a month older than Ezra. When we get older we're sure to have lots of fun together.

Happy Birthday USA

Today was my very first 4th of July. To celebrate we went to Glenda and Cindy's house for dinner, then some of the people went to see fireworks. Mommy and Daddy decided I was too young to go to the loud fireworks this year. Thank you Jesus for letting me grow up in such a great country!

Tummy time...

Here is a picture of me having tummy time. Its fun for a while, but I would rather sit up and watch everything. Today I got to play with my friend JJ (he's visiting from Arkansas). Mom didn't get any pictures because everytime I woke up, he fell asleep and everytime I fell asleep, he woke up. Our moms had fun shopping at Babies R Us and chatting though... mom hopes they get to move back to St. Louis so we can play more when we get older. (Maybe we'll both play for the Cardinals one day).

I think it shrunk!

I think something terrible has happened to my pacifier... my mom noticed the other day that she thinks it shrunk. It used to cover the majority of my face... now you can actually see my cheeks. What ever will I do? Daddy says it not the pacifier that shrunk, its me that got bigger... could that be it?
