Winter Fun

We've had a lot of "winter" this year... here are some things that are keeping us busy!

Hadley and Heather came over for a bit and the girls LOVE to read! Alena came over to play and we made a snowman in the backyard!

Bat Cave/Larry Cave

I spent Christmas Day building a Batman Cave (Trio Blocks) then Asher decided the next day that LarryBoy needed a "Larry Cave" so we attempted one out of MegaBlocks... I was quite proud of my handiwork! :)

Snow Baby

Asher and Ellie had a blast this week when we got snow! Asher had another snow day (thats 2 for the year, and he only goes to school Tues/Thurs). Asher had been sledding with our neighbors, so we took Ellie across the street to "Kay-Kay's" yard. I thought she wouldn't want to be out in the cold, but she LOVED it!

After I took the first pictures and gave her a short sled ride, she kept pointing at the sled and saying "uh, uh"... translated AGAIN, please!

"How do you get this thing to move?"My little snow angel! How sweet! I had to be the mean mommy and take her inside after a few minutes. Her little cheeks were read and she still wasn't complaining about being cold!

Busted!

Little Ellie Girl is turning out to be quite the little explorer. She also knows what she wants and is determined to get it. Here are a few examples:

Exhibit A - When Mommy left the Vanilla Wafers on the piano!

Exhibit B - Candy canes taken of the tree left on the table! She sucks the plastic to get to them!

This one is one to watch out for! :)

And there is the printer ink story... I'll leave you wondering about that one!

Horseback Riding

When we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house before Christmas, Aunt Jody took us to see and ride her horse! Asher did a great job :)
